Timesheets · tasks · invoicing · payroll

From the timesheet to the paid invoice, without chasing anyone.

Your consultants enter their time or their tasks, your clients approve them in one click from an e-mail, and TimesheetX turns them into compliant invoices sent over Peppol. A dashboard follows it all; employers add payroll and HR for the employees they place, in six countries.

Three steps, every month

One flow from the time entered to the invoice, with the client in the loop.

1

Enter the time

Each consultant fills one grid per month, or notes the day's tasks in a calendar, by day, half-day or hour, mission by mission.

2

The client approves

The client's approver receives a secure link and approves the month, or each task of a daily or weekly report, without creating an account. Reminders go out on their own.

3

Invoice

Approved timesheets become draft invoices at the right rate and VAT, ready to issue as PDF and send over Peppol.

Everything a consultancy needs, nothing more

Built for companies that bill their consultants' time to their clients.

A month grid that is quick to fill

Weekends and today marked, notes per day, one line per mission.

Tasks and calendar

Note each task with its duration and ticket link; the day's time is the sum of its tasks.

Approval by e-mail

A link per timesheet, valid two weeks, with automatic reminders and the full history.

Activity reports

Daily or weekly, the client approves or comments each task; the month is approved as the tasks are.

A board per mission

To do, in progress, in review, done: time noted on a card becomes a task to confirm in the calendar.

Budgets under control

A budget per mission, in days or in money, with an alert at 80% and 100%.

Compliant invoices

Rates that change over time, VAT rules, credit notes and numbering without gaps.

Peppol built in

Invoices go out as UBL over the Peppol network, as Belgian B2B e-invoicing requires since 2026.

Workspaces and roles

One workspace per invoicing company, members, admins and owners.

Export for the accountant

The invoices and credit notes of a period as a CSV file for accounting software.

A dashboard to steer

Twelve months of time, occupation net of public holidays, timesheets to chase, top clients and missions ending soon.

Exchange rates

The rates of the ECB and of the Central Bank of Tunisia every working day, for your currencies, with your bank's rate if you force it.

In your language

English, French and Dutch, for your team and in the e-mails to your clients.

A built-in user guide

Guides per role and per country in the portal, and the help of each page one click away, in three languages.

Secure access

Two-factor authentication, Google and Microsoft sign-in, data separated by workspace.

Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Tunisia. Identifiers, leave, public holidays, invoice mentions and payroll file follow the country of each legal entity and employee. Create one workspace per invoicing company.

In Tunisia, yes: for a Tunisian legal entity, TimesheetX computes the payslips (CNSS, IRPP, CSS) and prepares the declarations, to be checked by your accountant. Elsewhere, your social secretariat, payroll provider or fiduciary computes it: TimesheetX prepares complete months, exports them in their format, then imports the payslips and sends each one to its employee.

From the European Central Bank and, for the Tunisian dinar, from the Central Bank of Tunisia, fetched every working day and kept day by day. The dashboard shows them for information, in the currency you choose; you can force your bank's rate.

Each person receives them in their own language: the one they chose in TimesheetX, or the one you set for each client.

The portal includes a user guide for each role (consultant, admin, HR, employee) and for the legal entity of each country, in English, French and Dutch. The question mark at the top of every page opens the article about it.

Only the members of your workspace, according to their role. Clients only see the timesheets sent to them for approval.
